Tomatenmark<br \/>\n3 El. Creme fraiche oder Sauerrahm<br \/>\netw. Speisest\u00e4rke (Maizena) oder Mehl<br \/>\n1\/2 Liter Gem\u00fcsesuppe oder Rindsuppe schmeckt uns pers\u00f6nlich besser<br \/>\nPetersilie<\/p>\n<p>Speckw\u00fcrfel im Topf anr\u00f6sten, kleingeschittenen Zwiebel und Knoblauch dazugeben und leicht anlaufen lassen.
